Stress Management

Stress is either at the root cause, or involved with most major disease processes. It's effects on the body have been well-studied by the likes of Professor Robert Sapolski, PhD and others. To protect yourself from those damaging effects, it is important to identify what relieves stress for you. For me, prayerful singing is a reliable stress-buster.
