Stress Management

Stress is either at the root cause, or involved with most major disease processes. It's effects on the body have been well-studied by the likes of Professor Robert Sapolski, PhD and others. To protect yourself from those damaging effects, it is important to identify what relieves stress for you. For me, prayerful singing is a reliable stress-buster. My pulse slows back down and I feel much more relaxed. For my wife, art therapy is very beneficial. That is the subject of this article. Read. Apply. Feel the stress leaving your body.

Hand Care

Since I use my hands for a living, I am pretty protective of them. If you have a history of hand pain or injury, it might benefit you to try to restore some of the mobility you have likely lost. Give these mobility exercises a try. If you have excess pain, stop and let me know.
